At Corevolve, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original condition
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (not due to shipping damage)
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Final sale or discounted clearance items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
If verified, we will:
- Replace the item at no costOR
- Issue a full refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuer
- Contact your bank
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@corevolve.store.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped.
